The laser consultations and treatment will be carried out by our qualified members of staff and Cressy will just be learning at this stage.

Can I book two areas like Hollywood and underarm?
Yes, just book two sessions on the same day. Just add to the notes which areas you would like.

If I want one session in Feb and another in March can I do that?
Yes, book them all in. (6 weeks apart for body and 4 weeks apart for face)

I am on a course can I take advantage of this deal?
Absolutely. Just book a session online and it won’t effect your course.

Do I need to shave before my session?
Absolutely. It makes it more comfortable!

💉 Zinc & Botox: What’s the link?

Botulinum toxin (Botox) requires zinc to work properly at the neuromuscular junction. If someone is low in zinc, Botox may not bind or perform as effectively.

🔬 What does the research say?
• Small clinical studies (including one using a zinc + phytase supplement) showed stronger and longer-lasting results in some patients
• Results are most noticeable in people who are zinc-deficient
• Effects are modest, not dramatic

⏳ How long does it help?

Some patients report:
• Better onset
• Slightly longer duration (around 1–2 extra weeks in some cases)

💊 How to take zinc (if choosing to)
• Typical dose used in studies: ~50 mg elemental zinc daily

Can I pop my spots…. Yes, but….. popping a spot without a whitehead is basically asking for trouble 😬 Here’s why:

✨ There’s nothing ready to come out
A whitehead means the pore has opened and the contents are at the surface. Without it, the blockage is still deep under the skin — so squeezing does nothing helpful.

🔥 You push inflammation deeper
Instead of clearing the spot, pressure forces bacteria and oil further into the skin, making it larger, redder, and more painful.

🩸 Higher risk of scarring & pigmentation
Trauma to the skin increases the chance of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and permanent scars — especially on inflamed, deep spots.
