Through a varied range of modalities I provide care, comfort & advice to help ease aches & pains, both acute & chronic. I provide a full asse

ssment, take a client history & perform any tests that may be necessary to enable me to tackle the cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms. I'm trained in sports & deep tissue massage, Emmett Technique & Deft Bowen (both of the latter are gentle, non invasive, muscle release techniques that can be applied through light clothes, if required). All three work well together or separately & can provide relief from chronic pain, acute injuries, stress, poor posture & even emotional trauma. I realise that everyone is different & that what works for one person may not have the same effect on another. With this in mind I look to tailor treatments specifically to each client. I will always work within a client's level of comfort: "No pain, no gain", does not have a place in my treatments. "Good pain" , however, can be very beneficial when using deeper techniques. That said, often light finger pressure on specific points in the correct sequence can be all that is needed to relieve someone of their pain or discomfort - this is where Emmett Technique comes into its own, often providing relief during the first session. We are looking forward to having Jon join us in the Bat Barn from the beginning of March!

Jon is the owner of Muscle Solutions, a massage therapy business based in and around Warminster. Alongside his work as a therapist, Jon is also a keen illustrator, bringing a creative eye and attention to detail into everything he does.

From Tuesday 3rd March, Jon will be joining us here at Thoulstone, working from Bat Barn every Tuesday between 10am and 4pm, offering tailored treatments to support recovery, reduce tension and help you move more freely.

Jon is qualified in sports massage, offering deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and relaxation treatments. He is also trained in the Emmett Technique, a gentle and effective muscle release therapy from Australia that works to ease pain and restore movement.

Whether you are dealing with tight shoulders, sports related strain or simply in need of some time to unwind, Jon provides thoughtful, personalised care to help you feel your best.
