Come into Summer 2025 in one of the best ways! Yoga, massage, tea, cake and connection- sounds like bliss right?!
You are invited to join myself and my lovely friend Jade over Jade's Massage Space for a beautiful and relaxing workshop in July!

When: Saturday 5th July 9:30-12:30
Where: The Retreat Space West Hagbourne, Didcot

About:
Spend a couple of hours enjoying the stunning surroundings of the cosy Retreat Space in West Hagbourne and just relax.
The day will run as follows:
• 9:20am Arrival
• 9:30am Opening Connection Circle
• 10:00am Slow Flow Yoga
• 10:45am Yoga Nidra and individual massage by Jade
• 11:45 Tea and homemade delicious cake with a bit of chit chat
• 12:30pm Depart

The Yoga session will be nice and slow and suitable for everybody!

You can then enjoy a restful Yoga Nidra also known as a Yogic Sleep where you will be guided into a deeply restful state. If you fall asleep that’s cool too! During Yoga Nidra you can enjoy a time of restorative massage by our very own Jade, to release and relax those muscles even further!

Our Relax and Connect workshop last Saturday was bliss 👌
It’s become such a lovely way to provide healing and connection with so many other beautiful women. 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩💆‍♀️🧘‍♀️
There was cake after I promise 🤣

With reflexology getting popular I’ve decided to get my manual out and dust it off!
I absolutely LOVE learning and the feet facinate me. 🦶👣
(You’ll have to excuse my drawings 🤣)

The benefits of the beautiful treatment are endless but here’s a few

🌿promotes a restful nights sleep.
🌿has been shown to help poor circulation by increasing blood flow.
