Some of you already know I’m a regular journaler but like all mindful practices, my routines ebb and flow. Lately, with winter in full swing, slipping into lounge wear with a warm cuppa and reflecting on my day has become my favourite ritual. ☕✨
There are so many ways to journal, but reflective writing is the style I always come back to… usually with a few prompts from ChatGPT when I’m ready to dig a little deeper.
You don’t need a fancy notebook or the “perfect” pen to start. Short bursts can spark a whole flow. And sure, you might stare at the blank page at first (trust me, I did!), but with time you realise how powerful this practice really is.
