The Beeches Care Home

Are you, or is someone you know, looking for a care home for a loved one? We currently have a limited number of rooms available at our lovely home on West Harling Road in East Harling.

The recently redecorated rooms have ensuite facilities and we can offer short-term, respite care or longer term support. Weekly fees includes all food, entertainment, a wide variety of activities and personal care provided by our dedicated care teams.

We're proud that our home is rated as outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and provides some of the best rated care in the South Norfolk area, based on reviews to the carehome.co.uk website.

The nomination period for this year's Black Swan Care Awards is now open! 🎉

15 categories are open for people to nominate and nominations can be made by anyone - staff, residents, visitors, families, friends, professionals etc.

They need to be made via the online form or via the Awards page on our website, here: https://www.blackswan.co.uk/awards.

Important: you can only choose a maximum of 2 categories per nomination.

All entries MUST include detailed examples of WHY the person being nominated deserves to win the award. Without these examples, the judges cannot decide who should win. Entries without examples cannot be considered.

All shortlisted finalists will be invited to attend the evening where the winners will be announced and presented with a trophy. The nomination period will close on Friday 17th July 2026.

Residents had a relaxed afternoon tea tasting! We tried a variety of tea's noting the strength, taste and odour 🍵 ☕️ 🫖......plus its a great excuse to drink tea, eat biscuits and have a natter! 🤣💗🫖

Also a thank you to The Old Coaching Inn Cafe at The Swan East Harling for giving us a bag of their tea leaves to try...thumbs up all round! 👍👍

We wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that came to the opening of our new Rose lounge last week. 🌹

Residents and family had a lovely afternoon tea and it was such a wonderful atmosphere! ☕️ 🧁 🥪

Our Rose lounge and dining area is open for all to enjoy but it can also be reserved for special occasions such as family get togethers, meals and celebrations, just call to book! 📞

Everyone at The Beeches would like to wish Tina Worby huge congratulations for being nominated for our Employee of the Month this month.

Tina is always nearby to support her colleagues, she is always at hand with new staff, welcoming them into the home, taking them under her wing. Tina is very much liked by the residents and the staff team.
