I know a lot of you came here from my post on the East Kilbride Recommendations group, so thank you for that.

My post on there was deleted by admin because I made the mistake of editing it this morning (just to say I would reply to everyone today) - but because they only allow advertising on a Monday, when I edited it, the post was resubmitted and they deleted it.

Anxiety is not a personality flaw.
It's not weakness and it's not something you need to fight.

Most anxiety advice focuses on trying to control your thoughts, but anxiety doesn't start in the thinking part of the brain.
It starts in the survival system.

When your nervous system believes something is dangerous, it will keep sounding the alarm, even when you logically know you are safe.

That is why forcing positive thoughts rarely works.

Real change begins when you help the body feel safe again.

When the nervous system settles, the mind naturally becomes quieter.

Health anxiety doesn't need to be a life sentence.

I teach you about your brain, your nervous system, and what is keeping you stuck. Anxiety is your brain trying to protect you, it doesn't always get it right though.

I had been off sick for almost a year.
I could have forced myself back into a job that was breaking me, I could have pushed through like I always did. Instead I chose to just let it go. After arrowbreaking something shifted in me.
I realised I didn’t need to keep proving myself in a place that was draining me and that I needed to take time to properly heal.
Leaving my corporate job of 13 years was the moment I finally chose myself.
Healing started the second I stopped fighting my own body and listened to it.

Natalie will be guiding us through arrowbreaking at our event next Sunday, 30th November. It is completely safe but so bloody powerful! Check my pinned post for full details and you can DM to book!
