Be-inn Unity We are a Social Enterprise who exist to inspire and educate communities so that individuals are empowered to thrive.

We work with a variety of communities and provide opportunities for growth and wellbeing. We want to live in a world where there is no social stigma towards mental health and every individual has meaningful relationships within their community that promotes wellbeing. We work in collaboration with communities through a trauma informed approach to help support them in enabling opportunities for individual and community growth. We provide community peer support groups, opportunities to connect with nature and SQA /Ofqual accredited Mental Health First Aid courses through a lens of attachment.
