I'm so excited to share that I'll be joining a host of other amazing vendors at Xmas Fayre on Thursday 20th November 🥳🥳🥳

This is my first event in a year and it's safe to say, I've missed you all massively, and can't wait to see ya 💗.

Last Sundays Reiki share was one of the most powerful I think I've ever held!! What a beautiful day it was - I was so blessed to share the space with such gorgeous souls 💕.

I always intuitively feel into what I should include during the Reiki share, to align with the highest good of all who attend, the collective, the universe, and mother Gaia, and boy this was a belter!

In addition to our meditations and treatments, we spent some time practicing Byosen scanning, sharing ideas and discussing the different ways to incorporate Reiki into our every day lives and sending distance Reiki ✨️.

We also received an extra special treat of Reiki drumming from the amazing Sheila of Listening Hands 🎶🪘

Tonight, I was joined by all the planets in our solar system as I sent all the distance reiki intentions out to the universe in a mini fire ceremony 🪐🔥.

I am honestly so grateful and overwhelmed at times with gratitude 🤍.

There are still a couple of spaces left for my up and coming workshop - ✨️Understanding your energetic space & how to cleanse and protect it✨️ on Sunday 16th March at Source, Bellshill.

You can book your place now by paying a £10 non refundable deposit, with the remainder of the balance due on or before 1st March, or pay in full - whichever suits you best 💜

We interact with so many different kinds of frequencies on a daily basis, and all can have an impact on our energetic space. If we don't understand our space, and how to protect ourselves from anything that doesn't align with our highest good, we can unknowingly take onboard and absorb frequences that are not good for us, making us feel depleted, out of balance and more!

As part of this workshop, you'll learn how to navigate your energetic field and centres with confidence, and what tools and techniques you can use to help cleanse and protect yourself and the space around you, so you can operate in the most centred, balanced and highest vibrational version of yourself.

This will be an informative, fun, interactive, and intuitively lead day, learning about;

✨️Chakras, Auras, and your different energetic bodies

✨️ How to recognise when they are balanced and when they are depleted

✨️ How energy and frequency affect them

✨️ The importance of cleansing and protecting them

✨️ How to ground and centre yourself

✨️ The different tools, such as herbs/smudging, crystals, mindfulness & visualisation

✨️Intention setting

✨️ How to call your energy and your power back

You'll have the opportunity to make your own smudge stick 🌿 and you'll receive a cleansing and protection crystal bundle 💎 that you can programme with your intentions. You'll also receive your own personal workbook, which you can refer back to throughout your journey.

Hello my gorgeous souls, I hope you are all safe and well 💗

I'd like to test the water with something please....I'm enquiring if anyone would be interested in Reiki practice days?

Practice days are perfect for those certified in Reiki but have possibly fallen away from the practice, and are now looking to bring it back into their lives, and would like a refresher. They are also ideal for those who have possibly just completed a Reiki certification and want to build more confidence working with, connecting with, and understanding the energies relating to that specific level of training.

Practice days are not the same as my Reiki Shares, or the full indepth training day you would have completed when you were initially attuned.

They are a day where we will revisit the training you've had, but more discuss, practice, ask questions, experiment, build your intuition and anything else you may need to strengthen your individual Reiki path.

Groups would be very small so that I can provide you with the utmost support and guidance that you require.

Sundays seems to be very popular, and they will be in person in either Bellshill or East Kilbride. The exchange hasn't been decided yet.

I'm excited to let you know the details of my first Reiki Share for 2025.....

Sunday 23rd February at Source Bellshill, from 12pm - 3pm.

Tickets are £12 each, available via Eventbrite using the following link;

You are welcome to join us if you have completed and are certified in at least level 1 Reiki. It doesn't matter what Reiki you are attuned to or pracrice, be it Usui, Angelic or another, it's all about coming together in the frequency of divine love and raising, connecting to and sharing those gorgeous high vibrational healing energies.

If you've not attended one of my Reiki Shares before, it's a soulful 3hrs where we;

✨️Meditate to ensure we are fully centred, grounded, protected and connected with beautiful source energies, our healing guides and spiritual team.

✨️Share healing via a Reiki circle and group treatments.

✨️Send distance healing to people and situations of your choice, as well as mother Gaia, the collective, and the universe.

✨️Chat all things Reiki, including our connection to source, healing experiences, the different ways you can use Reiki, and anything else which may come up 😁

Greetings my gorgeous souls!! I hope you've all had a pleasant and safe week ❤️

There's only a few more sleeps left until a very exciting weekend of holistic fayres, which will be my last for 2024.

, Bellshill, Christmas Shopping Evening on Friday 1st November - no tickets needed, just turn up at the door. As well as stalls, there will be hot chocolate and mulled wine, and a roaring fire in the garden which you can use to set some new moon Intentions 🌚
