Dropping an incredible 11st 7lbs (73kg) completely changed Ray’s life… so much so that his own family didn’t recognise him!

On the anniversary of her passing, we remember our beloved founder Margaret Miles Bramwell OBE. Her vision, compassion and understanding touched the hearts and changed the lives of millions of people, and her legacy continues to inspire us all ❤️.

Did you know the Slimming World range in Iceland has been expanded to include pancakes and naan breads 🤔. My members are absolutely loving them! We've had pancakes with yoghurt and fruit, bacon & eggs, and naans with what else but curry 🍛 😋.

These are all within our food optimising plan - you really don't have to miss out! Come along and find out more 😊. We've got loads of new members joining at the moment, so you won't be alone 🥰.

✨️ Say hello to Mairi, one of my Westwood Tuesday members ✨️

Mairi joined us in August, and in just 4 months lost over 2 stone 🙌. Mairi's first photo shows her returning from her holiday to France in June, prior to starting her journey, and her second one was taken on Armistice day 2025. Wow what a difference in a few short months 🥳.

Mairi said she has been loving food optimising and exploring new recipes, and also that she's enjoying life again 😘.

How great is that! She's still continuing on her journey and loving our group sessions.

😂 My Westwood target member Yvonne obviously loves her gherkins 😂!

She's been notified by the Sainsbury’s online shopping app, that she was the number one buyer of ‘Mrs Elswood’s Sliced Burger Gherkins’ in Scotland. No one bought more than her in 2025 in the whole country!!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😆

Yvonne goes through two big jars a week 🥒🫙! It's one of the ways she incorporates speed free food into her weekly menu. Why? Because speed free foods are low in energy density (calories per gram) so they're great at satisfying your appetite for very few calories 😊.
