A special thank you goes out to the parents who have brought their children along to classes. I have loved working with your amazing kids.

This is not the end simply a streamlining of my online presence.
Classes have paused for now but may run during the school summer holidays.

Dates of Relaxed Reiki Kids and Crystal Clear kids classes will be shared on Transformational Holistics or keep an eye on my website.

Due to Magekal Mystekal Market on Sunday the 4th of February and the school holiday the following weekend, there will be no Crystal Clear Kids Class in February.

Please note interest if your child is between 6 and 12 years old and would like to learn about crystals. A possible next date is Saturday 2nd of March.

Have you received new crystals recently?
A great way to display them is by putting them into beautiful dishes. You can find all sorts of interesting dishes in charity shops.

I keep my treasure chest mix in a large blue leaf-shaped dish. I like to keep groups of crystals for specific purposes in smaller dishes. You can see my chakra crystals on the angel dish.

We will be learning about crystals for the aura in this weekend's Crystal Clear Kids class. I hope you have remembered to book your places.

Relaxed Reiki kids for kids aged 8-12 is back in January. These classes do not run very often. If you'd like your child to learn reiki you can find details and booking information in the Relaxed Reiki Kids page of the website.
Cost £70 per child including reiki manual, certificate and copy of lineage.

Crystal Clear Kids for kids aged 6-12 runs once a month. More details and booking information can be found in the Crystal Clear Kids page of the website.
Cost £15 per child.

Did you know that children can learn reiki?
Children are very open, they don't put up the same barriers that adults do.
They are keen to try new things and to experiment with the energy.

Reiki may
* increase confidence
* boost the immune system
* improve sleep.

Relaxed Reiki Kids takes place over two 2-hour sessions. The children learn how to feel the energy, how to perform self-reiki, and how to share reiki with a partner. We will discuss chakras, aura, and other ways of working with Reiki. Each child will receive a Reiki Training Manual, reiki lineage, and a certificate on completion of training.

Relaxed Reiki Kids is not available very often. The next dates are the 4th and 5th of January from 10 am- 12 pm. Both dates must be attended.

Crystal Clear Kids are full of fun and gorgeous energy!

We meet once a month (yes, the kids complain it's not more often!)
We enjoy

and trying lots of new things like singing bowls, key cards from June Moore, angel fingers, fidget toys and anything that fits in with our theme.

Crystal Clear Kids (ages 6-12) meet again on Saturday 6th January from 11am-1pm.

These photos were taken during our Calm Christmas session at Crystal Clear Kids.

Both these children are full of energy and very active. It is so lovely to see them enjoy the calming effects of crystals. I hope they remember to practice their skills as the big day draws closer!

Crystals are available to buy from my studio in East Kilbride. I will be in on Mondy afternoon, most of the day on Tuesday then on Wednesday morning. I do have some clients booked in on Tuesday and Wednesday so please drop me a message to check that I will be available.

Our next class (for 6-12-year-olds) will be on Saturday the 6th of January and that is available to book via the kids section of my website at www.transformationalholistics.uk.

Relaxed Reiki Kids for 8-12-year-olds is available on the 4th and 5th of January.

Crystal Clear Kids sessions take place once a month.

Each 2-hour session focuses on a different theme, such as communication, transitions, and friendship.

These sessions are suitable for 6-12 year olds and include

Not all strategies will be used in every session.

Here is another simple breathing technique to practice with young children.
This is a variation of 4 square breathing.

Younger children benefit from having a visual aid to help them understand what to do.

Here is a nice easy breathing technique to try.

Working with an image or a real item can help concentrate. Remember to practice breathing techniques when your child is calm, this will make it easier for them to use these methods when they need them.

These Crystal Clear Kids are great at practicing crystal therapy.
They place the crystals so gently and charge them with their quartz points.
These pictures show that children as young as 6 and 7 years old can carry out a gentle crystal healing for the benefit of another. They are learning to take care of others and know that they can also do this for themselves.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing system.
Children can learn it quite easily.

My next dates for Relaxed Reiki Kids Training are on the 4th and 5th of January. Both dates must be attended.

Children will learn about the history of reiki (only a little! It's not school!) They will learn self-reiki and how to share reiki with friends and family members. We will discuss the Reiki precepts and other ways of working with Reiki.
