🌿A Gentle Introduction to Reiki

Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of your Reiki journey and is open to complete beginners. No prior experience is required.

This self-development level is designed for personal practice and for sharing Reiki with family, friends and pets

Training is delivered in small groups of maximum 4 students, allowing space for individual guidance, connection and meaningful support throughout the day.

🌿 The Elements of Reiki

The Reiki precepts are one of the five main elements of the system of Reiki. They are often described as:
✨The secret of inviting happiness through many blessings✨

At the heart of Reiki practice are the guiding principles:

✨Do not worry
✨Be humble
✨Be honest in your work
✨Be compassionate to yourself and others

🌿During Level 1, we explore how these principles can be gently integrated into daily life …not as rules, but as steady anchors for balance and awareness.

Reiki is a gift to be honoured and nurtured. You will be encouraged to incorporate Reiki into your everyday life in a way that feels natural and sustainable, supporting both yourself and those around you.

What’s Included
• Pre-course information & meditation audiotrack to allow for gentle preparation
• The history and foundations of Usui Reiki
• Exploration of the Reiki precepts
• Energy awareness exercises
• Meditation and grounding practices
• Sharing Reiki (giving and receiving)

Students wishing to progress to Level 2 will be required to complete case studies before

Today I had the pleasure of supporting and guiding three new students as they became attuned to Usui Reiki Level 1 …Shoden.

Each training is always unique, but what remains the same is the quiet shift that takes place…
a softening, a deepening, a return.

Level 1 is not about becoming something new …it is about remembering….Reconnecting with the energy that is already within you, and learning how to work with it in a grounded, supportive way.

It was a day of learning, sharing, stillness and connection…..space to slow down, to listen, and to begin building a relationship with self through Reiki.

Watching each student step into their own awareness and confidence is always such a privilege.

With heartfelt thanks to Elaine and Lorna, Master Teachers, for their support, input and assistance it is always deeply appreciated.

The journey has begun 🌿

✨ Spring Sound Bath & Reiki ✨

Last night we shared a truly beautiful evening at You Fit East Kilbride

As we gathered to honour the energy of the Spring Equinox, we stepped into a space of balance…light and dark… rest and renewal… releasing and welcoming…

Through sound, meditation, and Reiki, there was a gentle softening…a quiet return to self…
a remembering of what it feels like to simply be…

So many subtle shifts…
Deep releases…
And moments of stillness that spoke louder than words…

This is the energy of spring…
Not rushed or forced…
But unfolding in its own perfect time 🌱

Thank you to each of you who showed up with open hearts and trust….it’s always an honour to hold this space with you 💖
