Facilities include Cardiovascular Gym, Resistance Gym, Boxing Area, Stretch & Relax Area, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Spa Bath. In addition there are 2 Studios for Group Exercise classes which include, Spinning, Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Balance, Yoga, Pilates plus a few old favourites.
