Friday cuppa with Lesley.

Today we have Surya Muda.

This mudra helps increase the body’s fire element, which revitalises and energises both the mind and body. It is also known as the Agni Vardhak Mudra or Fire Enhancer Mudra, as it strengthens and balances the fire element within.
Surya Mudra helps maintain body temperature during the winter and prevents symptoms such as shivering, dry skin, sore throat, common cold, and joint discomfort.
Regular practice of Surya Mudra can help relieve symptoms of cold and cough. While the effects may not be immediate, consistent and long-term practice can be deeply healing and therapeutic.
