Do coloured overlays ‘fix’ dyslexia? No, it’s a myth! Coloured overlays are used to treat the effects of visual stress. Visual stress and dyslexia are different things, but some people have both. Coloured overlays and paper can help some people with visual stress, but they do not help specifically with dyslexia. Help spread the facts and bust the myths.
