We have 3 FREE CBT spaces available with our final year student Mhairi. Mhairi is being supported and closely supervised as part of her training and can offer support for anxiety and mild depression. She will assess and offer a full treatment plan for your presenting issue and weekly face to face sessions in our clinic in Morris Park Glasgow. Please drop me a line Nicola@thetalkingrooms.com - please note these sessions will commence towards the end of October and are face to face usually on a Wednesday during office hours.
