Craving some Pilates this morning and can’t make class? Have a go at this series of side lying moves to wake up your core and get moving 🧘🏽♀️✨
Workout:
10 x Side Plank Lift with bent knees
10x Full Side Plank Lift
10x Thread the Needles in Side Plank
10x Arm Hold and Pulse
10x Double Leg Lift
10x Heel Kick Forward and Toes Pointing Back
10x Clam
Repeat on the other side before Mermaid Stretching it out!
