This lifts my wee heart ❤️

Every so often I think 'maybe I should just get a normal job', and then I see this and I realise how much fun my job is, how much I love sharing some Pilates and joy with local men and women, and how important the Studio is to our members as well as to me and the other instructors and tenants 🩷

When I opened the Studio I felt called to do it. I knew it was the right thing to do. It has all worked out so well on the whole.

This year has been tough at times, but, we will be back soon and I am just so excited for 2026 at Grace Studio! Are you?!

** Pilates in East Kilbride **

We are out of our beautiful Studio after a flood but we are still enjoying our classes together ❤️

We have almost every class still running at our temporary venue in Westwood, EK. And we are very grateful to our members who have moved with us so seamlessly!

We don't have much capacity in our classes but if you are interested in coming along just pop a comment below or send us a message.

Everyday we get closer to getting back in!!

Week 1 of our Summer Break ✔️

Have loved enjoying lots of water-based fun, board games, good food, and beautiful scenery with my family. Have (almost) managed to forget the stress of the Studio! 😬

Insurance has now confirmed our claim so we just need to get people in now to fix everything. Damp needs dealt with first.

Will be in touch next week about where classes will be for August. I aim to have a pretty full timetable for you, just need to work it all out. And as soon as I can get us back in to our lovely studio I will!

Thank you again for the support, it has made it easier knowing most people are with me! All I want is to keep my little business going so we can continue to offer great classes and a welcoming place to be! 💕

It's not quite our lovely Studio but we have still been getting our workout done and catching up at our temporary venue!

Thanks to everyone who has made it along. It is lovely to see you 😊

We are now waiting on the insurance process to get everything back in tip top shape. I am working as fast as I can to get us in ASAP.

Meet Esther 👋

Esther is one of our Physio Instructors at Grace Studio. She teaches two General classes and a Gentle class on Thursdays, as well as our Pregnancy Pilates class on Saturdays.

Esther is a Women's Health Physiotherapist and has a wealth of experience in pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and gynaecology.

She is also an all-round lovely person with a great energy!

We are so lucky to have her at the Studio!
