🔥 NO GYM NEEDED – RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT 🔥
💪 Crossbody Lateral Raise
No gym? No problem.
Today, I’m showing you how to smash your shoulders using just resistance bands – anytime, anywhere.
👉 Exercise: Crossbody Lateral Raise
Here’s how to do it:
1️⃣ Hook one band around your right foot
2️⃣ Hold the band with a hammer grip
3️⃣ Step out slightly to get good tension
4️⃣ Keep your arm straight
5️⃣ Pull the band up and across your body, like a lateral raise
Do 10–15 reps and you’ll really feel those lateral shoulder muscles 🔥
Then…
🔁 Switch sides
Hook the band on your left foot
Pull with your right hand
Keep that tension strong!

No Gym Needed 💥 Decline Chest Press with Resistance Bands
Here I’m demonstrating the decline chest press using no gym needed resistance bands — and honestly, it doesn’t get much simpler than this.
All you need is: 👉 A couple of resistance bands
👉 A door anchor (hooked at the top of the door)
👉 Or, if you’re outside, a solid post / rail / tree 🌳
Step back, lean forward slightly until you feel tension in the bands. Once that tension is there, you’re ready to go.
Now: ➡️ Push the bands out in front of you
➡️ Control the movement
➡️ Focus on squeezing your chest
This exercise is brilliant for:
Chest
Triceps
Shoulders
Do 10–15 reps, nice and slow — no rushing.
On the last rep, hold the press for about 5 seconds and really feel the burn 🔥
And the best part?
If the weather’s nice, you don’t need a gym at all. You can do this outside, by the river, in the park, or wherever you like — fresh air, sunshine, job done ☀️
These bands are perfect because you can take them anywhere, anytime.
