These are the 4 moves I’ve done to slowly rebuild my core & abs post C section.

These 4 moves are great to concentrate on your deep core muscles. Try 10 of each, and then repeat 🫶🏼

*please consult your doctor before you do any exercise postpartum 😘 Even now, 6 months postpartum, I have to really concentrate when I do any core or ab exercise to ensure my form is correct, and I take lots of breaks. So remember to go SLOW!

Want to quickly fire up your legs and glutes? Try this standing series!

Aim for 30 seconds of each move, and then remember to switch legs. Repeat the heel rises and squats twice!

Heard there’s a new trend showing our 2016 photos?! Safe to say my obsession for Bondi sunrise started that year - the year I moved to Australia 💕

Funny to think 26 year old me had no idea that a few years later I would create a brand inspired by all these photos of the sunrise!

Getting ready to hit the slopes? Or just want strong, stable legs? These 4 moves helped me achieve 64.5km/h on the slopes last week ⛷️ ! They are my go-to for building power, warming up and preventing injury!

Save and give the below a go 👇🏼
1. Squats
2. Supported lunge into leg lift
3. Lunge rotations (great for balance and warming up the hips!)
4. Plies

Aim to do 10 of each if you want to do a warm up, or 1 minute of each if you want a quick workout 🫶🏼

Reflecting on what has been my proudest year yet….Growing my business and becoming a mum!

January - Finding out Roo was a little boy and filming for the Bondi Rise app with my new little bump!

February - Roped my mum and sister into filming for the app. Saw Wimbledon for the first time!

March - Hosted a prenatal course for the Bondi Rise instructors and continued filming for the new Pre Natal specific program on the app!

April - Photoshoot with , watched Ben complete the Paris marathon, took the bump to Tenerife and continued filming!

May - Had 2nd birthday party at The Mitre. Hosted a prenatal retreat at the studio and started the building work at Wimbledon.

June - Hosted our first magical Bondi Rise retreat which was a dream come true. And had a members summer party at the studio with

July - The best month of my life. Roo was born and we signed the lease for Wimbledon.

August - Taught my family a Pilates class, more building work for the new studio, reformers arrived and I spent a lot of time walking postpartum!

September - More building work! And Roo had his first holiday!

October - We opened Wimbledon! Potentially the most stressful month ever! Extremely lucky I had my parents to help build and assemble everything!

November - Had a photoshoot with our amazing team, hosted an event with and filmed my first classes back for the app

December - Went for my first run 5 months post partum. Roo’s first Christmas…core memories unlocked.

To say this year was busy was an understatement but becoming a mum has by far been my greatest achievement! Looking forward to 2026 and sharing more Pilates, business and mum life! 🫶🏼

Yesterday I wrote Christmas cards to all my instructors at and realised how much we had grown this year. I think it was the first time I’d actually stopped and let it sink in.

Launching a second studio whilst having a newborn has hands down been the most challenging, yet rewarding, thing I have ever done. And looking back, I was mental to have signed the lease on my due date, but I’m so pleased I did!

This year was all about building the studios (and my family!), next year I have plans to build out other areas of the business and I cannot wait! 🙌🏼

Mission: Bring Back The Butt 🍑

My glutes disappeared over night after pregnancy, something I didn’t realise would happen! I’m talking flat as a pancake 🥞! When your pelvis shifts and your core softens during pregnancy, your glutes often stop firing.

These 5 moves help bring them back, with reactivation, realignment and rebuilding!

Save and give these 5 moves ago:
1. Fire hydrant
2. Fire hydrant into kick out
3. Lift and lowers
4. Circles
5. Knee to elbow side crunch

Aim for 12 of each, and repeat 3 times!

Let me know how you get on 😘 and just a gentle reminder - you don’t need to bounce back post baby! Be gentle with your body and take it slow!

Hi, I’m back 👋🏼

After a few months offline (pregnancy and newborn life!), I’m so excited to be back sharing more of Bondi Rise with you - from motherhood and wellness, to the studios, our Pilates app and what it’s like building a Pilates business!

This carousel is a little intro (or re-intro!) to what Bondi Rise is all about! If you are new here, welcome! And a big thank you to those who’ve been following the journey from the start 🤍

I’m now 6 weeks postpartum and slowly getting back into movement and routine…just in time to open our brand new studio 🫢

So expect everything from postpartum movement, studio updates, app workouts, and the business journey behind it all.
