Am thrilled to announce The lovely Annie jenkins will be covering some classes whilst I take a few days in the mountains .. all bookable via my usual website and booking app ..

Annie has been practising yoga as long as I’ve been teaching and has recently sailed through her teacher training ( as I knew she would) so am really grateful that she has offered to provide my lovely regulars ( and newbies) with some consistency whilst I’m away) come along and support her and maintain your practice

Can’t wait to hold these with the lovely Kate Smart Fitness and Wellness

Schools are back, intentions are (possibly) set and we are looking ahead to what 2024 is going to bring.

Clare Teed Yoga and I have set two dates for early and late Spring for a half and full day retreat - some time out to energise, release and nurture, be with others and be looked after.

Half the spaces are still available and if Spring feels like a while away, it’s something to look forward to!
