There's just under a week left to apply for the Montague Gardens public art opportunity.

Worthing Borough Council are looking to commission an artist to design, create and install a new sign for Worthing that will become a focal point for the town. They're especially keen to see designs that include an interactive element, and to hear ideas for involving the community in the development of the sign.

🎉🎉 I am so enjoying seeing you all at my new treatment space in East Preston . Thanks to lovely Sam I’ve been made to feel very welcome.

I work part time offering my one to one reflexology treatments here plus my other holistic therapies; all of which are specifically tailored just for you.

🪷 thank you to lovely Sam for being just so kind , warm and welcoming .
I am loving offering treatments from my treatment room at the SKB Reflexology & Foot Care and meeting so many more of you .
I am at the clinic part time and so please remember to get in touch and book your appointments if you have a preferred date and time each month for your regular treatments.
The diary gets booked up quickly and is open for August and September now. I have a few appointments remaining for August, July is full. If you’d like me to add you to my waiting list in case of cancellations please let me know . Always please just get in touch with me if you have any queries .. Have you heard of the lighthouse theory? It goes like this: you don’t need to chase people or change yourself to be seen or valued. Don’t try to prove your worth to anyone. Instead stand tall and proud. Be authentic and true to yourself. Let your light shine, and keep shining even as the storms and waves of life come crashing down. Let your light be a beacon in the dark.

I’m a firm believer that those who resonate with you will be attracted, in contrast those who find your light irritating can steer away and avoid you.

What a great metaphor to stay in your power, authentic and true to yourself.
