Reflexology is a treatment that is most commonly applied to the feet. Reflexology is a beneficial for babies, children and adults. Many thanks.

Reflexology foot massage and Foot Care Treatments which include nail cutting, callus removal, corn removal, treatment and management of many foot and nail conditions. Your feet have reflex points all over them which correspond directly with specific parts of your body and your body systems. During your 45 minute treatment I will massage and relax your feet and then work over all of the reflexes on your feet to stimulate healing and promote a better sense of well being. Reflexology is a very relaxing treatment that helps many people to un-wind and rebalance from the stresses of everyday life. It can also alleviate symptoms from common conditions including:

- Headaches and migraines
- Stress
- Trouble conceiving
- Back, Neck and Shoulder Ache
- Trouble sleeping

📢New patient notice from 1st September 2025. 📢

I am extremely grateful for a busy clinic and all of my lovely patients who make that possible.

But cancellations without any notice, classed as failure to attend appointments (FTA), hit hard. It is virtually impossible to book someone from my cancellation list into a “FTA” appointment.

This updated policy is to respect my time and those patients waiting on my cancellation list.

I’ve got two little helpers in with me first thing today! The summer holidays juggle begins.

With the summer holidays underway I am sadly not taking a week away in the sun, but I am taking odd days to spend time with my children.

With that in mind, please note that I am fully booked until mid September and it is difficult to change your appointments around at the moment.

If you are unable to make your appointment or need to change it, please could you give me as much notice as possible.

I’m very pleased to be sponsoring an event this year for THE EAST PRESTON FESTIVAL.

From Friday 31st May until Sunday 9th June the village comes alive with a whole host of fun activities and events for all the family.

Pop into the clinic to collect a free brochure detailing the times and locations of all the festival fun.
