Try these daily tips 🌿

✨Breathwork ✨
Try the 4-7-8 Breath
When anxiety feels heavy, pause and do this:
1. Inhale for 4 seconds
2. Hold for 7 seconds
3. Exhale slowly for 8 seconds
Repeat 3–4 times.

✨Small grounding rituals ✨
* Warm shower
* herbal tea,
* or nature walk

✨Gentle movement ✨
* Stretch,
* yoga,
* or light exercise to release tension 🌿
