In our class today we used a Lotus Mudra.

Also known as Padma Mudra or Pankaja Mudra. It is a hand gesture in yoga and meditation that symbolizes purity, loving-kindness, and the potential for growth and blossoming, even in challenging circumstances

Thank you so much for our beautiful class today, you were all fantastic what a wonderful group of mum, dads and grandparents who have been to the classes. A huge thank you to Ruth and to our wonderful library for booking me, what a wonderful place for everyone to go to in our lovely town, bringing the community together.
