Quiet evening in Tattershall for me with my little gang ♥️ eating, drinking, playing games and reflecting on the past 12 months.

As 2025 comes to a close I feel grateful beyond words for my patients, clients, yogis, and Pilates students.
Thank you for trusting me with your movement, recovery, and wellbeing this year. Your support and loyalty has not been taken for granted.

The end of 2025 has brought in an unplanned and unexpected professional transition for me. Whilst change can make us feel uncomfortable it also creates opportunities for growth and development. So I will be jumping into my new role with both feet, embracing the inherent discomfort change brings and feeling grateful once again for the opportunities life brings my way.

2026 let's get cracking 👊

📢 Attention all Yoga and Pilates Students

Classes are now bookable via bookwhen, not Cliniko. I know this will make a lot of you happy as yes you can add multiple classes to your basket making it simpler once again...yay 🧘‍♂️🧘

All previous bookings have been transferred by me but you wont get the Cliniko reminders for them the day before. If you are unsure what you have booked please drop me a message.

Yoga 🧘

In need of a good stretch out?

Struggle to get on a Monday night session? Tomorrow there are 2 spaces available with some regulars away on their Christmas holidays so grab your space now 🧘

I've decided to also run Fridays 9.30am-10.30am class and 11am-11.45am classical mat pilates for beginners, I know I'm rubbish at taking time away from the mat! I just miss you all too much 😆Plenty of Friday spaces currently 🙌

Don't feel sorry for me though, you guys have spoilt me with so many gifts this past week, I'm so grateful! and actually l should have been at Bongo's bingo tonight, but in light of tomorrows fundraiser I decided to stay sensible and relatively fresh for the morning, one won't hurt though right 🫢
