🕯 Past Life Regression Session 🕯

In today’s session, my client journeyed back to the year 1898 in Norway. She discovered herself as Hans, a man in his 40s with broad shoulders and a strong, physical build. Hans lived alone in a wooden cabin deep within the forest.

His life was one of solitude and survival — chopping wood, gathering food, and maintaining the fire that kept him alive through long winters. Although physically strong, this lifetime carried the theme of isolation and endurance.

This past life offered her valuable insight into the importance of resilience, self-reliance, and the lessons solitude can bring. Each regression gives us a clearer understanding of how our soul experiences shape who we are today.

Today’s Shamanic Ceremony 🌿✨

This morning, I held space for a truly moving ceremony — one of release, protection, and soul reclamation.

My client came to me carrying the weight of a lifetime of criticism from living with a narcissistic mother. She didn’t want to cut her mother out of her life or sever the bond entirely, but she did want freedom from the pain those old triggers caused.

Instead of cord cutting, we worked to protect her energy — weaving strong spiritual boundaries so her heart could remain open while her spirit stayed safe.

Then we journeyed to call back soul pieces from her past — those younger years when she felt light, happy, playful, and utterly free. We welcomed those lost fragments home, restoring the joy and vitality that had been missing for too long.

It was a beautiful and powerful moment — watching her spirit rise, lighter and brighter, ready to step forward without carrying the old wounds. 🌸🪶
