There are moments in this work that just stop you in your tracks… and today was one of them 🤍✨

I had the most beautiful spiritual reading with Louise, and the connection she brought through with my grandma felt so pure, so gentle, and so full of love. It wasn’t forced, it wasn’t dramatic… it was just truth and you can feel the difference when it comes through like that.

It’s such a reminder that our loved ones are never far, and when you sit with the right energy, the right woman, the right space… magic unfolds naturally 💫

I’m so here for women supporting women in this industry. There is space for all of us to rise, to share our gifts, and to hold each other as we step deeper into our power 👑

Today’s breathwork session with Hayley Addison opened something really powerful within me 🤍

During the session I felt the energy rose up though my body and expand, opening and activating my thymus chakra, this was super special as in all Hayley’s years of breath work she has never experienced this with a client before, I feel very honoured and blessed we went though this together today, thank you

The thymus chakra sits just above the heart chakra, in the centre of the chest, and is deeply connected to unconditional love, compassion, immune system energy, and your divine truth. It’s often called the “higher heart” the bridge between your human heart and your soul’s wisdom.

When the thymus chakra is open and flowing, you may feel:
✨ A deeper sense of love — for yourself and others
✨ Emotional release and healing of old wounds
✨ A feeling of safety, trust, and openness
✨ Stronger connection to your truth and purpose
✨ Even physical sensations of warmth or expansion in the chest

There is something truly magical that happens when sound healing and light language come together. ✨

💕 Mother’s Day holds many layers in my heart.

My daughters came into my life and changed everything for the better 🤍
Through their eyes I learned patience, strength, and a love so deep it made me who I am today.
They have been my greatest teachers, guiding me to become the best version of myself.
The woman I am today exists because of them. 💗

My path with my own mum hasn’t always been easy, and our relationship may not be what it once was.
But today I honour the memories that still make me smile the laughter, & the fun, she carried.
Those moments will always be part of my story.

And I think of my beautiful grandma, who showed me what it meant to nurture, to care deeply, and to hold people with love.
She quietly taught me how to be a mother long before I became one.

Now I look around at the life I’ve created and feel so blessed.
My world is filled with incredible women daughters, sister, friends, and the amazing souls who gather in my circles.
The divine feminine energy that surrounds my work and my life lifts me, heals me, and reminds me that we are never meant to walk this path alone.

Today I celebrate the women who shaped me, the daughters who transformed me, and the sacred circle of feminine love that continues to grow around me.

Something magical is coming… ✨🌙

Next weekend I’ll be stepping into Goddess Training, and I honestly cannot wait. I feel so honoured to be learning these sacred teachings and bringing this beautiful healing energy back into my practice.

Soon I will be opening the doors to my Goddess Temple, creating a sacred space for women to gather, heal, reconnect with their divine feminine energy, and remember the powerful goddess that lives within them.

I’m so excited to share this new healing with you all. To celebrate, I will be offering Goddess Healing sessions at a special discounted price for the first few women who book in once I return from the training.
