🌿✨ Signing off for now… ✨🌿

It’s time for me to pause, step back from holding space for others, and take some time to nurture my own soul. For the next two weeks, I’ll be focusing on grounding, resting, and spending some much-needed time with my beautiful family.

This is my moment to reset, replenish, and restore my energy so that I can return fully recharged and ready to serve from an overflowing cup. 💖

🌟 Absolute Gratitude 🌟

I am beyond proud of these two amazing women who have just completed their Reiki Level 1 training with me over the past two days. 💖

When they arrived, they carried the same thoughts and doubts so many of us do at the beginning of this journey…
“Will this work for me?”
“Will I feel anything?”
“Can I really do this?”

I remember feeling exactly the same. That little monkey mind creeping in saying “I’ll be the one who doesn’t feel a thing.” But just like me, fast forward to today… and WOW ✨

This afternoon, they gave each other full Reiki sessions — full of sensation, intuition, connection, and beautiful feedback. Watching them shine in their confidence and power was magical. 🌈

It’s been an honour to witness the beginning of your Reiki path. You’ve both stepped into something so special, and I know you’ll go and sparkle this Reiki magic all over your friends, your family, and the world. 🌍💫
