📍 Location: Retford Primary Care Centre
💼 Contract: Full-time, Permanent
💷 Salary: £24,521 per year

This is a key frontline role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients - helping them access the care and support they need.

Your day-to-day will include:
✔️ Answering calls and handling patient enquiries
✔️ Booking appointments and supporting clinicians
✔️ Providing a welcoming, professional service
✔️ Managing patient information accurately and confidentially

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Friendly, organised and reliable
✨ Calm under pressure in a busy environment
✨ A strong communicator with great attention to detail
✨ Passionate about delivering excellent patient care

This is a rewarding but demanding role, supporting patients who may be unwell or anxious - empathy and professionalism are essential.

We’re proud to share that Crown House Surgery recently took part in Wear a Hat Day in support of Brain Tumour Research 🎩🧢👒🧠

Thanks to the amazing efforts of our staff and patients, we raised a fantastic £170 for this important cause. It was wonderful to see so many creative hats and smiling faces all coming together to make a difference!
