As this year comes to a close I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the incredible, inspiring people that have allowed me to accompany them on the journey towards their goals this year.

You have no idea how many times your successes have led to little happy dances when you've gone.

I hope that the festive period is kind to you and you get the peace that you need. If this period is a difficult one, remember to use your skills, take a breath, use positive activity, go for a walk, uphold your boundaries and ground yourself. If you find yourself leaning on old, unhelpful, habits then be kind to yourself and notice it but choose to do something different rather than telling yourself off.

Thank you all for allowing me to raise my family and do the job that I love 💜

When I tell you to "go with the plan and not the mood" I am also doing this.

No part of me wanted to do this run, when I was doing it I was a bit 🤷 afterwards I feel good.

If you need inspiration...just think of me sliding across a farmers field trying desperately to stay upright, it should at least get a smile!
