Today MY business turns 8 years old! 🥹

Surreal to think of how far I’ve come in the last 8 years. The worry about starting a new career. Juggling two jobs while I was doing my training. The long days working both jobs to build a reputation at the gym whilst still earning money.

Sometimes I do still have pinch me moments that this is my life. I’m so lucky and happy to have such amazing support in and out of the gym 🫶

So here’s a massive thank you to everyone who supports me 😘 🙏

Boxing classes can sometimes get a bad reputation💥🥊

People think of arms flying around like crazy; no technique, aching shoulders from holding pads wrong but I’d like to put it out there that my Hatton classes are NOT like this!! All the padding I’ve done over the last few years I can 1000% say I’ve never ached afterwards.

My classes are technique based aimed to improve your overall fitness at the same time as getting rid of some stress and having some fun! All classes work your full body. We always have a leg and core round so you can leave knowing you’ve had a full body workout.

You can bring your partner/friend to take stress out on (partner is a popular option 😂), you can come alone as there are some lovely people I can pair you with. You can be a complete beginner. You can bring your own equipment if you have some; don’t worry if you don’t.

Megan started weekly 1-1’s with me 14 weeks ago as she had a wedding coming up!

Alongside our sessions Megan has improved her nutrition massively and been doing some of my classes at the gym 💪

She’s absolutely smashed it out of the park AND we’ve got another 4 weeks to go until the wedding 💒

Total loss of almost 10 inches and 12lbs off!!
