☀️🌧️❄️🍂 Four seasons in one week? No problem! 🌦️🌈

There’s nothing better than learning about the seasons while experiencing them all in just a few days! From sunshine to rain, a bit of frost, and even a gusty breeze—our little explorers are always ready for whatever the weather throws at us.

Thankfully, our children come fully equipped with their wellies, waterproofs, and big smiles, making every outdoor adventure a chance to learn, play, and embrace nature in all its forms. 🌿✨

No matter the season (or the hour!), we’re always up for an adventure! What weather will we experience this week?

🚀✨ Blast Off into Space! 🌙⭐

Our little astronauts had an out-of-this-world experience exploring space through an exciting role-play tuff tray! 🪐👨‍🚀

Using foil moon rocks, they navigated the lunar surface, using their pincher grasp and tools to pick them up and move them around the moon. 🌕🔍 This activity not only sparked their imagination but also helped develop their fine motor skills and coordination—all while having so much fun! 🎉

We love bringing learning to life through hands-on play! Who knows where our next adventure will take us? 🚀💫

🌈🎨 Celebrating Culture & Colours at Nursery! ☘️✨

Last Friday, our little Cadets had an amazing time celebrating the Holi Festival, also known as the Festival of Colours! 🌸🎊 Holi is a joyous Hindu festival that marks the arrival of spring and the victory of good over evil. Our children explored the meaning behind this special day through colourful activities, learning how people around the world come together to spread love, laughter, and positivity! 🎨💖

Today, we’re keeping the celebrations going as our Cadets learn all about St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀💚 This Irish festival honours St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, who is known for spreading kindness and teaching about Irish culture. We’ll be discovering fun traditions, using lots of the colour green, and maybe even spotting a lucky leprechaun along the way! 🌟✨

We love introducing our children to different cultures and traditions, making learning fun and engaging! Stay tuned for all the exciting moments! 📸🎉

🌸🌦️ The weather is changing, and so are the flowers we planted last year! 🌸🌦️

As the seasons shift, we’re excited to see the beautiful blooms from our late-year plantings starting to flourish. It’s a wonderful reminder that even in the colder months, nature is preparing for new beginnings! 🌷🌼

The children have loved watching the flowers grow, and now they’re enjoying seeing the fruits of their labor. It's a great lesson in patience and the magic of growth. 🌱✨

We can’t wait to see what else blooms as the weather continues to warm up! 🌞

☕🌿 Hot Milk Break with Friends! 🌿☕

After a morning of fun and play, we took a little break in the garden to enjoy some warm milk with our friends. It’s the perfect way to recharge while still being surrounded by nature and the sounds of outdoor adventure! 🌸💚

As we sip our milk, the children love chatting with their friends, sharing stories, and taking a well-deserved pause before diving back into their exciting play. These moments of connection are just as important as the play itself! 💬🤗

Fridays are extra special here at Space Cadets as we dive into some fun-filled adventures with our friends! Today, we will be exploring soft play and helping each other develop our gross motor skills, especially when it comes to climbing! 🧗‍♀️🧗‍♂️

It’s going to be wonderful to see the children work together, encouraging one another as they tackle new challenges and build confidence in their climbing abilities. The support and teamwork are truly inspiring! 💪💕

What a fantastic way to wrap up the week – growing, learning, and having fun with friends! 🌟

This week, we’re diving into the exciting world of weather, seasons, and space! 🌞❄️🌙 We’ll be exploring how the weather changes, learning about the different seasons, and venturing into the wonders of outer space!

To kick things off, we’ll be having lots of fun with water in the garden, experimenting with how water behaves in different conditions. 🌧️💦 From splashing in puddles to observing how the sun and cold affect water, it’s sure to be an exciting week of discovery!

🎉🍓 Last Day of February Fun! 🍓🎉

As we wrap up this month, we’ve had an amazing time exploring the delicious world of food! From food exploration, where we discovered all sorts of textures and tastes, to painting our own favourite foods – creativity was definitely on the menu! 🎨🍕

We also ventured into pretend play with shopping trips, picnics, and being chefs, cooking up some tasty imaginary treats. 🍽️👩‍🍳 And let’s not forget our sweet baby feeding sessions, practicing our nurturing skills with love and care. 🍼💕

It’s been a month of yummy learning and lots of fun – we can't wait to see what March has in store! 🌟
