Isn’t this brilliant!!

I’ll be on The MOB stall at Retford Charter Day tomorrow - with the opportunity to win free tickets to Chitty Chitty Bang Bang @ The Majestic Theatre Retford this July. You can also come for a taster performance @ 12.30pm at King’s Park Band Stand.

We then have the same again at Clarborough Village Festival next Sunday, with another opportunity to win tickets and see The MOB in action 😁.

Don’t forget to sponsor a duck for the retfordlionsclub annual Retford Charter Day duck race on the river Idle @ Kings Park this Monday. Their stall is at the market today, and they will be selling the last few ducks on Charter Day too! Cash prizes for the first 3 ducks across the finish line!

If you have a business in Retford, why not sponsor a red duck? For £25 you could win £1,000 for your chosen charity. We’ve nominated Retford District Multiple Sclerosis Society Support Group again this year (not won yet though!).

We offer clinic based appointments and treatment in your home (within a 10 mile radius), and also run both a Parkinson’s specific exercise class and a Neurological Physiotherapy-led Pilates rehabilitation class each week (in additional to another 16 floor-based Pilates rehabilitation classes that can be adapted for Neurological conditions).

We have both also lectured across the country on Neurological Physiotherapy and Pilates, and our classes have reached NATIONAL finals with the British Medical Association and the MS Trust.
