We were visited by North Notts BID Ltd yesterday for some outdoor maintenance work. With cleared gutters, jet washed paths and a tidied garden, I’m going to have to get some plants from Retford Market to brighten it up even more 😁

Joseph Pilates was a sickly child who went on to become, quite literally, a brand and byword for physical fitness.

I personally am a strong believer in believing in yourself and what you may be able to achieve - we are our own architects of so much more than just happiness if we are willing to commit to our goals; but happiness is the most important and we must never stray from it.
