I’m beyond excited to share that our classes will soon be running from my very own studio in Retford 🧘‍♀️💛

This has been a dream in the making for a long time for me, and I can’t wait to welcome you all into a space built for movement, mindfulness, and connection.

Regulars — Expect the same welcoming vibe, the same mindful flow, and the same sense of community… just in a beautiful new space ❤️🫶
