“I can’t” how can we be posting an August schedule, surely not!

So many new faces and classes at the studio and you have all welcomed them beautifully ❤️ what a community.

Upali, Paulina, Kaye, Magda, Beckie, Hayley and our lovely Lucy will be back from her festival adventures soon.

We have made a few changes as you’ll see and we also have a few classes to add to this when holiday season is over.

Updated & strong ~ *New Classes* *New Teachers* Beckie is starting her Thursday Ashtanga 6pm & Aerial Yoga 7.15pm.

We are closed for a studio summer makeover 16th-19th July but Reformer House • Pilates Studio has a full schedule with Friday-Sat and *New* 9.30am Sunday class with Haley.

We reopen Saturday although, there may still be slight disruption in the reception area.

**All Reformer classes are at studio 2**

Instructors are using this time sensibly to party in Ibiza for Nic & Alicia’s birthdays 💃.

New week ~ New Schedule 📋

We had a brilliant week, a full schedule and today even hot Yoga had a waitlist 🔥 wow.

Our second studio opened on Saturday and classes for studio 1 & studio 2 can be found on the same APP 🔗 in bio as well.

Midwife led sessions - you are in safe hands with Peaceful Pregnancy Therapies 🫄

There are only a few places lesson our FREE midwife led pregnancy yoga taster class!
Sunday 20th July 11am at the Yoga Barn Retford

Come join other mums-to-be for an hour of pregnancy safe gentle exercise to help ease pregnancy aches and pains, aid relaxation and bond with baby.

Classes will then be weekly from 27th July.

Midwife led Pregnancy Yoga is returning to Retford!

Join us on Sunday 20th July 11am for our FREE taster session!
1 hour of gentle pregnancy specific exercise to help ease pregnancy symptoms, encourage relaxation, prepare your body and mind for birth, and meet other mums-to-be! Followed by half an hour of refreshments and time to get to know each other. Taught by an experienced midwife who can offer support and advice about anything pregnancy, birth or baby related!

Classes will then be every following Sunday 11am. Suitable from 12 weeks, throughout pregnancy until baby arrives. All equipment provided for your use. Just bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.

Places are limited so get in touch asap to book your slot. You can then book a 5 week block of classes or PAYG.

🔥🔥 What a week 🔥🔥 even with extreme temperatures you “Showed up’ thank you. Here is the schedule for next week.

Nic will be covering Aerial & Fusion this week while Alicia is on holiday. Then all hands on deck as studio 2 opens 28th June.

QUESTION time - We’ve tried to fill any gaps in the schedule are there ANY classes you’d like more of?

Also timings ⏰ EARLIER or even LATE class? What do you think. Let us know, we are having a little rebrand/colour over the next few weeks to reflect both studios.
