Our last two practices practices 2024 are, Monday 16th at 1030 and Wednesday 18th December at 11am. We will be back in 2025 from Monday 6th of January! Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas and New Year. X

Hi everyone, just a reminder there is no practice Monday 8th July but there is a one off practice on Tuesday 9th at 1130 and then we are back to normal from Wednesday 10th 11am ! ###

Practice is starting back tomorrow 3rd of January 11 - 1215. Then the next practice will be Monday 8th January, normal routine from the on as the school will have started back. Happy New Year all x

Update! Friday Yoga will begin in the new year! Feedback suggests people are rather busy over the coming weeks before Christmas, so we will start afresh in 2024. So if you are looking to build some much needed 'you time' into your 2024 routine or you just fancy trying something new, keep this in mind. I will share again as we approach the relaunch.
