So many myths related to eating fruit.
Remember to eat it in its whole form to obtain the fibre and nutrients.
All fruits contain Vitamin C which is essential for your cells to synthesise collagen. There are also vegetables that contain Vitamin C such as spinach, broccoli and potatoes.
Collagen production also requires manganese and copper alongside Vitamin C. Pineapple is an awesome fruit for all of these and it also is so beneficial for digestion and good gut health.
Fruit is also full of water which is another essential for skin hydration to help with collagen production and to plump the skin and give radiance to the complexion.
