My lake in the minus temps 🥶
Training over winter made impossible by icy water and harsh winds.
I’m still going to the gym but I’m taking this for the win. This is time to be gentle with the body, to rest and nourish. And these stormy days, for me, at least, creates this ambience perfectly.
It can be so fun to hunker down, be cosy and rest and this is OK. Your body needs this now.
