πŸ’₯ The wall is one of the best and most underused props ever. Here it gives you the ability to be stable, find a personalised version of a pose that can be tricky to access.

πŸ’₯ I love this one and this video proves you can do it anywhere!

✨ Legs up the wall pose

A firm favourite pose in my yoga community πŸ’•

It’s a simple formula and all you need do is lie there!

πŸͺ· This gentle inversion helps circulation and in turn helps the heart by making it work less.
πŸͺ· When the heart works less, we feel less stressed

πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ If there’s no wall available or you’re in a busy studio, a flat block or bolster will support your legs in the air.
πŸ„β€β™€οΈ If you’re on a paddleboard simply place your hands under your lower back to lift the legs.

πŸ™ Please be mindful as there are contraindications to this pose. If in doubt seek medical advice.

We had the most perfect weather yesterday for our first Water Wellness Retreat Day of 2026.

That was until the clouds came over and that gentle breeze changed to full on rain 🌧️ but thankfully we were packed up by then! βœ”οΈ πŸ˜…

We paddled, we paused, we connected with all the nature and wildlife around 🌳 πŸ„ 🌊 🦒 and did something new and different.

A day on the water is always a day well spent in my opinion πŸ˜ƒ
