There's no time limit for grieving.
Healing doesn't follow a calendar or a straight path. Some days may feel lighter, others heavy again, and that's completely natural. Your grief is unique to you, and it deserves patience, compassion, and space.
Also, no one else can tell you that you've "grieved enough" or that it's been "too long." Grief is not a race or something to be completed - it's a personal journey that unfolds in its own time.
Having experienced deep loss myself, I know how important it is to have a safe, compassionate space to be heard, understood, and gently guided.
Through the STILL Method, I offer tools and practices to help you:
