The Feet Co. Free your energy from within . I practice Reflexology and healing. Reflexology. A wonderful therapy that can assist in healing the body.

The treatment is not invasive and its very relaxing. Using pressure on different areas of the feet, the benefit can be felt throughout the body. This means if you have a health problem big or small, reflexology can help the body use its own natural healers to aid good health. Reflexology is fantastic for making childbirth a little easier. A series of treatments during pregnancy will assist with softening the cervix and assisting on pain relief, it can even help with bringing on labour naturally.
