When you can... Give yourself space to sit back and simply observe the interactions around you...
(Ask yourself, what your role is or would 'usually' be, within the friendship/interactions)
What do you notice? How does it make you feel? Where is it in the body you're feeling that? (Does me asking you to feel it, p**s you off? Why is that, do you think?)
Some of us are so busy being busy, we repeat the same processes and interactions without reflection...
From observation and reflection, growth happens...
Sometimes simply acknowledging something (or asking why), can be enough to spark the flame of discovery!
Enjoy taking space... but be warned, you may observe your friendships differently!
