Change your thoughts, change your life!
Negative feelings are often triggered by our thoughts, yet we don't have to believe everything we think. We can take a few deep breaths to calm our nervous system and then challenge negative thoughts. Check whether a particular uncomfortable thought is based on assumptions or facts. Ask yourself: Is this really true? What else is possible? Could there be another explanation or reason? Challenge your thoughts rather than surrendering.
