Isn't it astonishing that your brain can interpret information based on beliefs and expectations?
In the example shared, it is capable of rearranging the letters to form the words correctly, in a fraction of a second, from learning in the past that together, these letters mean these words.
Now, imagine how this works in your life.
That experience years ago of failing and being made fun of, embedded in your mind.
The belief... you are not smart enough, it won't work out, you are unlucky, and everyone will laugh at you.
This is the experience, or rather the belief that your mind returns to whenever you consider taking a risk, putting yourself out there, or trying something new.
This is why so many of us sabotage ourselves, don't follow through on opportunities, or talk ourselves out of new ideas.
But without risk, without pushing out of your comfort zone, nothing will EVER change!
Remember, if it feels like you can't complete something, like you are not capable, good enough, or will most likely fail, it is likely to lead to personal growth.
So listen to your intuition.
Trust that internal guidance.
Don't allow your ego to take control.
Make that decision...change your life.
