Activities for dementia focus on engagement, not performance, and should match the person’s cognitive level.
Key Types of activity
Cognitive: simple puzzles, matching, memory prompts

Physical/sensory: walking, chair exercises, touch-based activities
Social: conversation, group activities, pet therapy
