Mentoring, coaching, counselling services including; conflict resolution, 1:1 sessions and group work, mental health first aid and trauma informed practice. Mentoring, Coaching and Counselling
Sessions can be pre-booked regular slots (weekly or fortnightly) or on a more flexible ‘as-needed’ basis. Sessions are available on various weekdays, some evenings during the week, and I have also made some available at weekends. Currently all sessions are held via video calls on Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, or by phone call - I can call you back if you don’t have much credit or remaining inclusive minutes – this will be by prior arrangement and from a different number than the one listed. If needed (and if you are local) sessions may be in person by prior mutual agreement, these may be held indoors or when the weather permits they may be outdoor ‘walk-and-talk’. Knowing that many people work ‘office hours’ some sessions will be available to book in the evenings and at weekends. Getting in touch

Around 30 years ago, I found myself fresh out of school and with no real direction, so I began temping. They obviously saw some potential and put me through college. I spent the next couple of decades working my way up through the ranks as an engineer, I loved it and was passionate about my job, but I found it less fulfilling as time went on. At the time I wasn’t sure whether this was a catalyst or symptom, but it had a huge impact on my mental wellbeing and relationships. In 2014 I was fortunate enough to get involved with a charity that supports young men involved in the criminal justice system. It’s here that I began my own healing and discovered the potential of ‘powerful mentoring’ and how absolutely crucial it is to have the right kind of support when doing self-development work. Since then I have trained in interpersonal conflict resolution, and as a facilitator of what is termed ‘inner work’ often referred to as ‘shadow work’. I believe in a person-centred approach, and that we each have the answers we need within us. My role a mentor, coach and counsellor is to ask questions and guide you to the answers already within you. It is also my role to truly listen, without judgement, and to offer empathy and understanding.
