Julia has managed to make photographic sessions pleasurable and I’m so pleased to share a few of them taken to promote my new garden cabin at my home in Seaford. I’m never happy with my photos but Julia really got me and my passion for my business and I was excited to see the finished result. I hope you like them as much as I do and even in February, they capture the warmth and coziness of this very special space. Amazed to see these beautiful stained glass windows all along the inside of the main hall in Concord 2, Brighton last night.

Fabulous venue to see the superb tribute band Fleetwood Bac and great to dance all evening again to their amazing songs. Perfect tribute to Christine McVie 🙏🥁🎸🎹❤️

Recharging & restoring in the wild wild wood on Sunday - the best day of rest!!

Tall trees bring grounding and bluebells bring Spring nature all set in peace, space and calm.

Very good for the mind and the soul after full-on times and stressful situations to stop exhaustion, anxiety and burnout.

Healing us while they’re growing and healing us through their natural oils we use in massage treatments, diffusers and warm salt baths.

COMFORT & JOY

My client arrived today in a very flat mood and really needed an uplifting blend for her full body massage

It is that time of year for extra stresses, worry and overwhelm …… hence our need for Christmas cheer!!

I chose Frankincense, Sweet Orange and Ylang Ylang and 75mins later, after fully relaxing she said
“I’m in a different place in my head - freer, balanced and de-stressed”

Frankincense, the oldest and ultimate Christmas oil is balancing, mood lifting, calming and soothing for emotional turmoil

Sweet Orange is known as an ‘Abundance of Joy’ promoting happiness, relaxation and clarity of mind

Ylang Ylang, an exotic floral oil for confidence, joy and peace as it calms panic anxiety and fear

As well as using these oils in a massage blend, you can also drop them into a diffuser to inhale or add them to a warm bath with added salts for a extra luxury

Make some time to bring comfort and joy to restore yourself, especially at this time of year!

Ps all my chemical products now evicted from the cupboard …… no more breathing in pollution or harming my skin

Flexible Aromatherapist

I really enjoyed the combo my friend wanted for her massage treatment this morning

Indian Head massage & Hot Stone massage

We used Rosemary and Sweet Orange for her head, neck & shoulders to ease her tense muscles and give her the emotional boost she needed 🍊🧡

Then she laid out on the heated massage bed for the rest of her body to be soothed and heated for a full lymph drainage, circulation and immunity boost with the smooth hot stones🔥

Energy, balance and happiness restored …. job done!!!

Thank you volcanic basalt rock for this ancient healing restorative technique 🙏
