So today is my last day of my 30 day shred and I am down to 13-0 that's a loss of 12lb since the 1st January ... not to bad considering in this time I was on steroids for a week due to an allergic reaction.. then finished of with testing positive for covid last Friday ### very excited to see what my results will be over the next 30 days ... bring it on ... beach body here I come xx lol 😆

God I hate natural close ups ... hang ups of life I suppose but look at the difference .... eye lines are definatly finer and face shape has changed ... also my hair feels thicker and I swear it's growing I will compare the hair pics next week....

Just a recap my 16 week challenge consist of....
10,000 steps a day - 🏃
