I discovered yoga 12 years ago, in a pre-natal class, and loved the bringing together of body and mind, leaving class feeling so much better than when I went in! Now I'm offering my own classes to provide a space for people to have time to nurture and learn about their whole self and find enjoyment in moving their bodies. My classes will include relaxation, restorative poses, slow flow sequences and breathwork. I have scoliosis, with a fused spine, and want to make my classes accessible for anyone to take part, with a special interest in others living with scoliosis.
