Helping children and young people to be active is about more than fitness - it supports confidence, wellbeing and lifelong healthy habits.

Our Children and Young People (CYP) Forum, led by Andy Wright at Active Sussex, will be celebrating its 6th anniversary in April.

It brings partners together to share learning, tackle inequalities and create more inclusive physical activity opportunities across Sussex.

Andy has written a blog exploring why the Forum matters and how collaboration can help more children and young people move more. We’re also inviting partners to join our next online CYP Forum on Monday, January 19, 9.30–11am.

Read the blog and find out how to get involved: https://www.activesussex.org/blog_posts/why-you-should-be-involved-in-the-active-sussex-children-and-young-people-cyp-forum/
