What is CHAIR YOGA?
Chair yoga is a form of yoga adapted to be performed while seated on a chair or using a chair for support. It makes yoga more accessible to individuals with limited mobility, injuries, or those seeking a gentler practice.
Chair yoga involves modifying traditional yoga poses so they can be done while seated, or using a chair for balance and support. This allows people who may have difficulty with traditional standing or floor-based poses to still experience the benefits of yoga.
