We are delighted to be host to the Eastbourne Stroke Friendship Cafรฉ, which is facilitated by the NHS Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team.
They meet on the 2nd Monday of each month from 2.30pm.
If you or a loved one is a stroke survivor, why not come along and meet others. Share your experiences over a cuppa & a piece of cake!

** Meet the Team Monday **
Introducing to you our 'New' Head Chef, Lee Davies. Lee joined the team as Senior Sous Chef back in February 2024 when our initial team were recruited. Lee has recently been promoted to Head Chef.
Lee started his career in catering at the age of 17. He's worked in an array of country pubs, restaurants and prior to joining the Willingdon Park Manor team; a well known Eastbourne golf club.
Lee would like to say that his family are his world, but anyone who knows him well, will know that they come after his love of fishing! ๐ŸŽฃ

**Meet the Team Monday**
This week's spotlight is on our new Deputy Manager, Mariana Naghi.
Although Mariana is new to the Willingdon Park Manor Team, she joined Hallmark Care Homes back in 2019, working at our sister home in Brighton as their Dementia Care Manager.
Mariana comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has a beautiful smile and warmth , which radiates throughout our home.
We're very lucky to have her as part of our team ๐Ÿ˜

Yesterday General Manager, Andrea Bromley and Customer Relationship Manager, Emma Jennings; visited the Eastbourne Bowls Club to check out our new banner.
Willingdon Park Manor have recently joined as sponsors for the local club.
Wonderful facilities and beautifully maintained for the community to enjoy. We're looking forward to introducing our residents to the sport.
