Say hello to Tracey Hacker, a dedicated member of our night care team. Tracey shared with us that she loves working nights, as its fits around her lifestyle and she loves being part of such a great team. Tracey has been part of the Willingdon Park Manor family since day one. Outside work she adores spending time with her 4 grandchildren and building lego ! Fun fact - Tracey loves to show off her gymnastic skills and cartwheels are one of her many talents ! Thank you for all your hard work Tracey 🫶

Willingdon Park Manor Celebrated Hallmark in Bloom 2025 yesterday with a Teddy Bear's Picnic Theme. 🧸🐻
Residents, families and team grabbed a picnic hamper and filled it with treats to enjoy in the garden & café.
Thank you to the team who made it such a fun and enjoyable afternoon, your hard work was very much appreciated by the residents and guests.
A special thank you to Ruth Backshall who has spent time with the residents and team creating such wonderful artwork for us to display ❤

**Meet the Team Monday**
Meet Sam, our lovely Customer Relationship Assistant who joined Willingdon Park Manor as part of the Reception Team. Sam said ' I am passionate about customer service and it is incredibly rewarding to support people during a significant time in their lives, helping them find the right care'. When she is not working Sam's love for animals shines through with her 5 furry friends 🐶. She is also a qualified beauty therapist and likes to practice mindfulness through meditation. Thank you Sam for being you 🫶

The roses at Willingdon Park Manor are absolutely breathtaking, and its lovely to see them attracting insects whilst they are likely collecting nectar and pollen, playing their part in pollination. The vibrant colours and sweet fragrance of blooming roses can be truly captivating. Natures beauty always has a way of lifting our spirits and reminding us of the simple joys in life 🌹

Lets give a warm welcome to Sue Banks who is one of the Concierge's at Willingdon Park Manor. Sue has been with us since day one. She is known for her warm smile and caring nature and has a passion for making people feel special. She loves going above and beyond to bring joy to our residents, spreading happiness wherever she goes.
When Sue is not at work she expresses her creativity through art and poetry, she is also a talented dancer with a passion for rock and roll and salsa 💃 ! Thank you Sue for your kindness 🌻

Ray said 'I love the team spirit, and how the team collaborates and lifts each other up. It is a pleasure to work in such a beautiful home, and I am thrilled to be part of this team'. Ray is a man of many talents and used to be a former DJ. Now in his spare time he is a music creator on social media. He is also hands-on with mountain bike repairs, Ray is a true creative and tech enthusiast! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication Ray, you are a valued member of the team ❣
