CareStaff24 Ltd was set up in March 2021 to provide fully trained Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers to clients within Eastbourne, Hastings and surrounding areas. We supply staff to a range of clients including nursing and residential homes, learning disability homes, supported living, NHS, private hospitals and mental health units. Our aim is to provide a seamless service to our clients

and provide them with a consistent and reliable service. Our staff will deliver compassionate and professional care with the training to ensure that they are able to fulfil
the daily requirements for our clients. We offer competitive rates of pay, free training, free DBS check, free uniforms and friendly welcoming office staff to help you through the recruitment process of joining our team. My experience with CareStaff24 during my recruitment process was excellent. The entire process was smooth, and the team guided me clearly through each step. The company app is user friendly and easy to navigate, which makes managing shifts straightforward. A Moment of Real Care from Our Team

We’re proud to share a beautiful example of support from Josilane Saltmarsh, one of our dedicated carers.

Instead of meeting behavioural outbursts with frustration, Josilane used calm, active listening. She took time during quieter moments to talk, understand, and give the service user space to express how they were feeling.

Over time, they began to see her as a safe, dependable person — and their willingness to engage grew in a way that truly changed their day-to-day life.
