The Christmas period can be a mix of emotions.
While it’s often portrayed as a time of joy, family and celebration, many people experience loneliness, overwhelm, financial stress, family tension or grief at this time of year.
If Christmas feels challenging for you, please know that your experience is valid. It’s okay to step back, to rest, to say no, and to take care of your wellbeing. Small acts of kindness, toward yourself and others, can make a meaningful difference.
This Christmas, let’s:
✨Check in on friends, neighbours, and loved ones.
✨Make space for our feelings, whatever they may be.
✨Offer patience, compassion, and understanding.
✨Remember that no one has to go through difficult moments alone.
Our counselling team is here if you need support, someone to talk to, or guidance through a tough time.
You deserve care at Christmas and always. 🧡
