Completely agree - so honoured to work with our community in Eastbourne and East Sussex, providing counselling for all ages, reflective practice for local schools and charities, and training up first aiders for mental health across the county. Fabulous to be part of a team of over 70 counsellors and staff and to link so helpfully with other local charities and organisations like Eastbourne Foodbank ManKind abandofbrothers Hampden Park Shed Veterans’ Growth Amaze and so many others. Grateful for financial and practical support from other local organisations and people like Community Champion Eastbourne, Brewers and Josh Babarinde. This year we will be 5 years old and will be celebrating helping over 2000 people since we opened the doors in the midst of the Covid pandemic. Thank you to all in our community who have made this happen and supported and promoted our work to improve mental wellbeing.
