Hello lovely humans ❤️ This is me, Amy - Perinatal yoga teacher and womens health yoga specialist.

I have 2 kids, a cat who acts like one and am very excited to be announcing the results of all of my recent hard work and training - adding skills to the Cub and Tribe offering!

Like many of you I am juggling summer and kids (although I am lucky to have more free time in August so it's not the nightmare I know many have).

So far we've tried putting (both in and not in the rain) , pebble hunts (find the angriest, happiest, most surprised pebble you can.... We've painted and made clay presents, had cafe crawls and begun the summer reading challenge.

All this to say, I get that we all have busy lives and lots of commitments - but that I hope you might be able to squeeze in some yoga with me sometime ❤️

Despite previously photographing professionally, I listened to Instagram about how to take a better phone selfie and this picture is that result... A bit of grey creeping in, smile lines smiling and happy knowing things are heading where they're supposed to (wherever that may be).

I hope to meet you on the mat soon x
