Adaptations for prolapse, diastasis recti etc available if needed.

COMMUNITY IS KEY 🔑 ♥️

Over the years our kids grow and change as do we, but if you can grow your friendships with this - it makes the journey a lot easier !

My mum Tribe....14 years later we still make the effort to see each other as often as we can ♥️.

I know Cubandtribe has helped along some of these awesome friendship groups over the years and I love hearing about how these connections continue on into second or third children and into grown up life ✨️.

My why ♥️ Life is bonkers! Trying to conceive, pregnancy, motherhood, dealing with siblings, menopause .....we go through it as women, often feeling like you're about to sink into a void, fly off into a whirlwind or weather a storm 🌀.

One day though, there will be that moment when the kids are occupied, there's nothing immediate to do and you can sit and take a drink in the sunshine 🌞.

Because of this, and all life's other challenges, I created Cub and Tribe...a.safe space to relax for a moment, settle into yourself and make a bit of time for you and the community of women around you.

Whether it's pregnancy, postnatal or women's health yoga that suits your life stage....Come and find some head space ♥️

✨️Pregnancy yoga and birth preparation
✨️Postnatal yoga for mum (baby comes too)
✨️Women's classes (I am fertility and menopause yoga trained so can tailor to all those life stages here).

Many people start yoga in pregnancy and classes are suitable for total beginners or those with some or regular practice.

Come and try a class - taster passes can also be used as PAYG if you aren't able to commit to class passes ❤️.

Remember, just because you chose it, just because you love your kids, just because its not paid (especially because its not paid)...doesn't mean you have to enjoy 'every single second'. Thought this quote from 'Same as it ever was' by Claire Lombardo can sum up what is sometimes the frustration ❤️.

If the downs are more than the ups, make sure to speak up.....but also know that to wake up and wish you had a day to yourself to read books, watch Netflix, eat cake with friends and sit on a beach is VERY normal!
